Forty-five to sixty minutes of cardiovascular workout including riding on flats, seated climbs, hill climbs, jumps, and sprinting.

30 min. of High-intensity spin, 30 min. of High-Intensity Agility Training, and battle ropes.

This class has been designed to increase muscular strength, endurance, range of movement, agility, balance, and coordination.

CARDIO KICKBOXING/ASHLEY

Mixing martial art techniques with fast-paced cardio this class is the ultimate "picker upper". It is a fun yet challenging total-body workout; improving balance and coordination, boosting mood and energy.

ZUMBA®/CHEANELL

Perfect For

Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that reflects the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.


How it works

The design of the class introduces easy-to -follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.
